EAST VILLAGE

This is a 1 bedroom apartment for those who want to live in the middle of an iconic neighborhood in NYC. Among bars, restaurants and iconic shops, the East Village can be considered one of the most coolsy neighborhoods in NYC.

The apartment is decorated in a traditional style and fully furnished. The internet and cable TV are alredy installed. The bedroom has a full double bed and a flat screen TV. Towels and bed linen are also provided.

In the kitchen you can find a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker and complementary tools: pots, cutlery, glasses and cups.

A general building heater is installed in the kitchen and in the bedroom. In the summer  you can ask for an AC to be installed.

Internet and Cable TV are included in the rent price.
Electricity and gas are just charged if the bill is over $100/month.
